Prescription drug prices can vary significantly, even in the same region. To maximize savings on your prescriptions be sure to check with several pharmacies in your area to ensure you get the best price on your medications.

Generic medications are less expensive than brand name drugs. If you’re prescribed a brand drug, ask your health care provider if a generic exists that may help you to save money on your prescriptions.
