Refrigerate unopened bottle. May store at room temperature after opening for use.
Discard unused portion after 28 days.
Injection of cold insulin can be uncomfortable. The insulin container you are currently using may be kept at room temperature.

Insufficient human data available. Insulin is recommended treatment for gestational diabetes if necessary. Blood glucose levels fluctuate during pregnancy. Monitor maternal blood glucose levels. Animal data suggest developmental toxicity at doses less than10 times the maximum recommended human dose.
